Terms and conditions of Membership
Eligibility:
The Rewards programme is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over. Registration is free, and you do not need to make a purchase to join. To register, you must provide a valid mobile phone number and email address.
Account Rules:
- Each customer may hold only one active Rewards account.
- Why-Aye Wood reserves the right to refuse, merge, or close multiple accounts at any time.
- You can cancel your Rewards membership at any time. Upon cancellation or account expiry, any unused points or rewards will be forfeited.
- Rewards membership is for personal use only and must not be used on behalf of third parties.
Earning Points:
- Earn 1 point for every £1 spent at Why-Aye Wood, in-store or online, using any payment method.
- Points are rounded down (e.g., a £2.50 purchase earns 2 points).
- Points are awarded on the amount paid after discounts or vouchers.
- Points will be deducted if the original purchase is returned, refunded, cancelled, or rejected.
- Points appear in your account after purchase completion. No points are awarded for cancelled orders prior to dispatch.
- Points are not earned on physical or e-gift card purchases, or bin store items.
- Occasionally, extra points may be offered on promotional items.
Redeeming Points:
- Points can be redeemed on your next purchase once credited to your account.
- When you reach 120 points, a £5 discount will automatically be applied to your order.
- Redeemed points are deducted from your account.
- Discount rewards cannot be used to buy physical or e-gift cards.
- Points cannot be exchanged for cash.
Changes to the Rewards Programme:
Why-Aye Wood may modify, suspend, or cancel the Rewards programme or any part of it at any time at its sole discretion. Any unredeemed points or rewards will become void if the programme is cancelled.
These terms and conditions may be amended at any time, effective immediately upon posting on the website.
General:
By joining Why-Aye Wood Rewards, you agree to these terms and conditions.
While we aim to keep the Rewards programme available at all times, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance or other reasons beyond our control. We will try to notify you in advance where possible.
Why-Aye Wood is not liable for any loss or damages caused by interruptions or suspension of the Rewards programme or website access.
